• Proto Sample

From pattern design to garment production, sample garment making is the first step in the entire garment manufacturing process. Before placing a bulk order, Yunyong provides all clients with a free sample garment so they can check the design, pattern, fabric selection, etc. Based on the technical data package provided by the client, Yunyong will begin creating the CAD pattern, procuring fabrics and accessories, and then begin making the sample garment. The entire sample garment making process takes approximately 1-4 weeks, depending on production capacity and fabric availability.
If you do not yet have a technical data package but wish to draw inspiration from our designs and make some modifications, Yunyong can also make a sample garment based on your feedback.

• Salesman Sample

Brands selling products through wholesalers, importers, and retailers need to showcase their products to buyers and secure orders. For this, sales samples are essential, and these samples must be 100% compliant, with specified quantities for each color and size. Yunyong can meet these needs promptly. We will source suitable fabrics and accessories and produce sales samples according to customer requirements.

• Pre-Production Sample (PPS)

Before mass production begins, Yunyong Apparel will create a pre-production sample. This sample will serve as a reference standard for mass production and is also crucial for quality control.
